Virtual Gift Card

The Cash Card system is still an option for students who already have a card. No new cards will be issued.  CASH CARDS WILL BE PHASED OUT BY DECEMBER 31, 2024.  

Cards can be reloaded any time the cafeteria is open; however, the best time to reload a cash card is in the morning during breakfast.

Cards can also be reloaded online through PayPal.  Remind your student to let us know their parent/guardian loaded a card online. 

Since there's no tracking number linked to the cards, loading must be done manually.

Cash cards have no tracking system.  

Loaded card amounts can not be refunded.  Card balances can carry over to the next school year; however, it is not encouraged.  

To help safeguard your card, we suggest doing the following:

1.    Write the student's name on the card in permanent marker.

2.    Place a "sticky" picture of your student on the logo side of the card.

3.    Try to keep your card in a consistent place (ex. wallet).

Parents have two options to add money onto their student's cash card:

• Online using PayPal - The service is easy to use, convenient, private and secure.  The cafeteria manager will process all payments received daily.  Payments received after 9:30 am will be processed the following school/business day.  Your student will sign the online report when the funds are added to their card. 

You do not need a PayPal account, you may pay securely with your credit or debit card.

PayPal is a secure online Credit/Debit or PayPal account processing system.

Online purchases can be made by selecting the appropriate PayPal button below.

• Cash - Cash may be brought to the cashier for deposit whenever the cafeteria is open. Please be aware that purchasing or reloading your card during lunch slows down the lunch lines.
